About the role
Perform a variety of general building repairs, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and painting. Read and interpret technical diagrams, including electrical and plumbing drawings and site plans.
Key responsibilities
Perform a variety of general building repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and painting
Read and interpret technical diagrams, including electrical and plumbing drawings and site plans
Conduct routine checks for electrical safety hazards, water ponding, and collaborate with security personnel to maintain site safety
Assist in executing both scheduled and on-demand maintenance tasks to keep facilities in optimal condition
Maintain accurate records of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) readings and monitor the performance of systems and equipment
Assist in overseeing maintenance and servicing work conducted by external contractors, reporting any irregularities or concerns to the site manager
About you
At least 1 year relevant working experience in building maintenance
Good knowledge of building, mechanical & electrical systems
Able to communicate and interact with people and a good team player
Minimum NITEC in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
