The practice is seeking a talented Marketing & Submissions Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, elevate brand presence and deliver high-quality submissions. Working closely with senior leaders and project teams, this role will play a key part in strengthening market positioning and business development outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of high-quality architecture tenders, expressions of interest, capability statements and other business development materials

Develop and coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns and communications that support strategic growth objectives

Maintain and enhance marketing systems, templates, content libraries and processes to improve efficiency and quality

Support the practice’s profile through events, awards, publications, thought leadership and industry opportunities

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in marketing, submissions, communications or business development within architecture, interior design or construction

Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives, proposals and branded content

Demonstrated ability to manage complex submissions, coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver against deadlines

Experience managing digital channels, marketing assets, CRM systems and content platforms

Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
