About the role
PERSOL is seeking an Inhouse Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for 3 months. This is a full-time position based in Woodlands, Senoko North Region, offering a salary of up to $5.5K. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our recruitment initiatives and building a talented workforce. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and professional engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation in the talent market.
Prepare employment offers and facilitate pre-employment and onboarding activities for successful candidates.
Monitor, analyse, and report recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support hiring effectiveness and continuous process improvement.
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in an in-house recruitment function
Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
Background in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry or similar sector
