• Take responsibility for clinical leadership in a 40-bed residential aged care home.
• Oversee resident assessments, care planning, admissions, and ongoing clinical requirements.
• Work closely with nursing staff, allied health professionals, residents, and families to support positive outcomes.

• Monitor clinical risk, incident response, and continuous improvement activities across the service.

About you:

• You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and experience leading clinical care in aged care, residential care, or a similar healthcare setting.
• You bring confidence, maturity, and the ability to support a team without needing to be hands-on in every detail.
• Your background includes a strong understanding of aged care standards, clinical governance, care planning, and quality improvement. Experience with AN-ACC, incident management, and documentation will be well regarded.
• You will be well suited to this role if you are comfortable with regional living, open to a culturally diverse environment, and ready to step into a role where clinical leadership matters every day.
