Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-boarding for every new starter, verifying compliance documents (White Card, working rights, super and tax forms) before their first day
  • Coordinate IT access, equipment and induction schedules so new starters are fully set up from day one
  • Deliver a warm, well-organised first-week experience, including site-based safety inductions
  • Run onboarding check-ins at 1, 3 and 5 months, tracking themes and flagging risks early
  • Own the offboarding checklist end to end, including exit documentation, final pay coordination and return of company property
  • Notify relevant teams (IT, Payroll, Facilities) of departures promptly to manage access and security
  • Coordinate exit interviews and summarise key themes for leadership
  • Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, job ad postings and candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records across onboarding, offboarding and recruitment systems
  • Coordinate logistics and record-keeping for L&D training sessions

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Confident with ATS/HRIS and Microsoft 365
  • Qualification in HR or a closely related field
