About the Role: As a key member of our team, you'll:

Manage a meticulously maintained portfolio of local properties

Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords alike

Conduct thorough inspections and prepare detailed reports

Work with a full time dedicated Assistant Property Manager

Skillfully handle rental arrears and coordinate maintenance tasks

Oversee lease renewals and conduct rent reviews

Bring flexibility and innovation to help drive our business forward

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of property management experience preferred

PropertyMe proficiency is a great asset

Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service ethos

Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment

A valid driver’s license & reliable way to get to work

QLD Real Estate Certificate / Real Estate License

Positive attitude, impeccable presentation, and a team-oriented approach
