Drive workforce performance through data and insights. The Workforce Analyst partners with operational leaders to deliver workforce analytics that improves utilisation, manages cost, and supports safe, effective service delivery.
What you'll do
- Deliver workforce dashboards (utilisation, overtime, compliance)
- Analyse data to identify workforce risks and cost drivers
- Provide insights to support workforce planning and decision-making
- Support reporting for key people processes and operational needs
- Ensure compliance with awards, enterprise agreements and governance
What you'll bring
- Experience in workforce analytics or workforce planning
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Experience with SAP HCM is required; experience with other workforce systems (e.g. Spinifex) would be highly regarded
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
