We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to manage citizen enquiries and appeals relating to government schemes. You will also support CRM and AI-related projects, including data analysis and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementation.Job Description

• Handle public enquiries and assess appeals relating to government schemes.
• Ensure each case is evaluated fairly, accurately and thoroughly.
• Manage complex cases requiring detailed analysis and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Liaise with public agencies to gather information and coordinate responses.
• Analyse public queries and service management data to identify trends and insights.
• Support the implementation of a new CRM system and AI-related projects, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Use Python and regular expressions to clean, match and extract information from unstructured text.
• Prepare reports, track performance metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Relevant experience in case management, customer service or public-sector administration.
• Experience handling public enquiries or appeals will be advantageous.
• Basic Python programming skills are required.
• Some experience using regular expressions for text cleaning, pattern matching and data extraction.
• Experience in preparing reports, tracking metrics or presenting data insights.
• Experience liaising with public agencies and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to process improvement or system enhancement projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage timelines effectively.
