  • Developing and maintaining short-term and fortnightly work programs
  • Monitoring construction progress against project schedules and milestones
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications and construction documentation
  • Identifying potential design, sequencing, cost or constructability issues
  • Ensuring subcontractors complete works in accordance with their scope
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and site presentation
  • Conducting site meetings, inspections and progress reviews
  • Providing regular updates to the Project Manager
  • Addressing site issues quickly to minimise delays and maintain productivity
About You

To succeed in this position, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor
  • Experience delivering commercial, government or large-scale building projects in Australia
  • A trade qualification or strong construction background
  • Excellent knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and sequencing
  • Proven experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to site management
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software will be highly regarded
  • The ability to work effectively in a remote FIFO environment
What’s on Offer
  • A senior site leadership role on a substantial Northern Territory project
  • A structured 3 weeks on, 1 week off FIFO roster
  • Flights available from Darwin or other Australian capital cities
  • The opportunity to work with an established and successful construction business
  • A long-term project with a strong pipeline of work

Applications are encouraged from experienced construction professionals who can confidently lead site operations, build strong relationships with subcontractors and maintain high standards across safety, quality and delivery.
