We're looking for an organised, reliable and hands-on Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team. This is a physically active role that plays a vital part in ensuring our online orders, store replenishment and inventory are processed accurately and efficiently.

This position is offered on a part-time basis (25–30 hours per week), with remuneration paid on a pro rata basis. As our business continues to grow, there is the opportunity for the role to transition into full-time hours in the future. Flexible working hours and conditions are available for the right candidate.

About the Role

As our Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day movement of stock through our warehouse. From receiving deliveries to dispatching customer orders, you'll help ensure every product reaches the right place at the right time.

Working alongside a small and supportive team, you'll be responsible for maintaining an organised warehouse while helping deliver an exceptional experience for both our retail stores and online customers.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack and dispatch eCommerce customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Process online returns and exchanges.

Pick and pack stock for retail store replenishment.

Receive, check and unpack incoming deliveries.

Load and unload delivery vehicles.

Ensure stock is receipted and stored accurately.

Maintain warehouse organisation and stock locations.

Rotate stock and maintain inventory accuracy.

Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.

Monitor low stock levels and assist with replenishment.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.

Work collaboratively with our retail, customer service and eCommerce teams.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Reliable, motivated and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Experienced in warehouse, dispatch, logistics or inventory roles (preferred but not essential).

Experienced with eCommerce fulfilment or retail replenishment (highly regarded).

A current forklift licence is highly regarded.

Physical Requirements

This is a highly physical role and forms an essential part of the position. The successful applicant will be required to:

Safely lift and move cartons and stock weighing up to 20kg on a regular basis.

Stand, walk and work on their feet for extended periods throughout the day.

Bend, reach, carry and perform repetitive manual handling tasks.

Load and unload deliveries.

Operate manual handling equipment and, where licensed, a forklift.
