About the role

As an Account Executive at SWHEELS AUTO PTE. LTD.', you will be responsible for managing the company's accounting operations and financial reporting. This full-time position in the Woodlands North Region requires a strong background in accounting and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the company's financial health and compliance.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Liaising with internal departments and external parties, such as auditors and regulatory bodies

Implementing and improving financial processes and controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Providing support and guidance to other members of the finance team

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the automotive industry

Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
