Key Responsibilities

Working within the team to produce high-quality French pastries (handmade pastry, tarts, cakes, and classic patisserie).

Maintain consistency and excellence in a busy, high-volume retail production environment.

Ensure strict food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.

Ingredient prep and stock rotation to ensure maximum freshness.

Skills & Experience

Proven Experience: A background in professional pastry production

Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment without compromising quality.

Passion: A genuine love for the art of pastry and a "can-do" attitude.

Communication: Ability to interact effectively & positively within the team environment.

Reliability: As a 6:00 am start role, punctuality is essential.
