BD Realty is continuing to grow and we’re on the lookout for the right person to join our Property Management team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of consistency, follow-through and genuinely caring for people and the homes entrusted to us.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, and can confidently manage the moving parts that come with a busy portfolio.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a residential portfolio from end to end, working alongside a supportive team environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

Communication with landlords and tenants

Coordinating repairs and maintenance

Managing lease renewals and rent reviews

Arrears management

Routine inspections and reporting

Entry and exit processes

Leasing support including advertising, applications and lease preparation

Working alongside trades and contractors

Maintaining compliance and accurate file notes

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous Property Management experience

Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence

Communicates professionally and confidently

Is organised and able to manage competing priorities

Has strong attention to detail

Takes initiative and ownership

Values good service and long-term relationships

Works well within a team environment
