Our Perth team are growing! We are seeking a superstar to join our team! We are looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder to assist our team with daily administrative duties and candidate calls.

The Role

• Support our busy Recruitment Consultants and Talent Managers
• Assist with administrative and compliance matters
• Greet our friendly clients and candidates as they arrive on site
• Assist with the coordination of meetings and interviews
• Coordinate and execute fun and engaging office events and celebrations
• Assist leadership with the preparation of reports and presentations

About you

• Experience in the Property or Real Estate space essential (sales agents, administrators, assistants, property managers and similar all welcome to apply!)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a good sense of humor
• Very comfortable and accustomed picking up the phone
