About the role

Senior Trust Officer role managing a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures, providing full ongoing administration support. You will act as the main contact for international clients, supporting new structure setup and day-to-day administration.

Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures, providing full ongoing administration support

Act as the main contact for international clients, supporting new structure setup and day-to-day administration

Ensure trusts and companies meet relevant statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements

Support periodic client reviews based on risk ratings and internal policies

Handle restructuring, termination, liquidation and winding-up matters when required

Coordinate with internal teams on billing, collections and preparation of financial statements

Maintain accurate trust, corporate and client records, including internal databases and documentation

Review work and provide guidance to junior team members

Support ad-hoc internal, regulatory and operational projects as required

About you

4+ years of experience in trust, fiduciary, private wealth or corporate services

Solid knowledge of trust and corporate administration

Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members

Good understanding of governance, risk and regulatory requirements

Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills

Able to manage multiple priorities with good attention to detail

STEP, CGI or similar professional qualification, or currently pursuing one, is an advantage
