About the role:

SIMBA Telecom is Singapore’s 4th mobile telecommunications network service provider and is currently building Singapore’s newest mobile network.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day HR operation activities.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

Recruitment process for Singapore and overseas office (inclusive of shortlisting and arranging for interviews, drafting of employment contracts, onboarding activities)

Staff resignation process, off boarding activities for Singapore and overseas office

Experience managing recruitment for our overseas office is an added advantage.

Work pass application and ensuring adherence to MOM quota

Sourcing and renewal of annual staff health insurance package

Maintenance of HR files and documents

General HR admin task

Any other adhoc duties as assigned

The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:

Candidates possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field;

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Possess in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements (Eg. Employment Act, etc.)

Self-starter, self-motivated and positive, organized, hands-on, resourceful and able to work independently.

Able to effectively manage time and to meet tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Meticulous, detailed and able to handle confidential information;

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Able to work as a team.
