The Role
- Coordinating technical delivery across early works, structure and construction interfaces
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and consultant documentation
- Managing RFIs, design clarifications and technical submissions
- Developing construction methodologies and resolving buildability issues
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Managing ITPs, inspections, quality documentation and non-conformances
- Monitoring programme, productivity and delivery milestones
- Supporting procurement, cost control and commercial administration
The Criteria
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Strong technical knowledge across dewatering, piling, deep excavation and poor-bearing soils
- Experience with suspended and post-tensioned slabs, precast concrete and formwork
- Experience delivering multi-storey construction projects above five storeys
- Confident coordinating consultants, subcontractors and technical documentation on site
