The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House (FOH) team members to join our dynamic team at The Charles Boutique Hotel and Dining in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As an FOH team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our valued guests.

We can do a range of hours from 10-38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner

Assisting guests with menu selections and making recommendations

Efficiently taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen

Ensuring prompt and attentive table service

Maintaining a clean and organised dining area

Handling cash and processing payments

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

Providing a high level of customer service and responding to guest inquiries or concerns

What We're Looking For

Holds a valid RSA license (desired)

Previous experience in a front of house or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Knowledge of food and beverage service best practices

Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to be part of a thriving, vibrant workplace
