About the role
Healing Hands Wellness Singapore is looking for energetic and charismatic individuals to fill the position of Clinic Assistant. Key responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty
Answering and making phone calls & schedule patients' appointments
Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
Check-in /out patients and making transactions
Following up with patients
Assist the doctors in day to day operation
Keeping the clinic clean & presentable at all times
Able to travel to other clinics based on operation needs
Selling of treatment programs (Commission ranging from $250-1400)
About you
Good interpersonal skills
Energetic and enthusiastic
No experience required
Strong ability to multi-task
Responsible and have initiative
Self-motivated and driven
Be available to work on certain off days if required
Fast Learner
