The Garden Company Tasmania is a family run garden business based in Southern Tasmania. We provide premium care and complete garden management across some of Southern Tasmania’s most beautiful properties.

We are passionate about exceptional presentation, respectful garden space management and delivering a reliable, professional service to every client.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking someone who shares our passion and values . Part-time and casual opportunities are available, with genuine career progression for the right people.

We are not only seeking applications from those with a background in garden maintenance, but would love to hear from those with a background in something a little more handy. As our business is growing we would love someone to join our team that can bring skills such as paving, retaining walls, decks and garden bed construction.

About the Role

Lets just say its not all about smelling the roses… Some of our best gardens start with taming the wild jungle!

This is a varied, hands-on position involving all aspects of garden maintenance. You will work alongside our experienced team while also being trusted to complete tasks independently.

We are also interested in hearing from experienced applicants who may not hold formal qualifications but can demonstrate an excellent level of practical skills, knowledge and ability.
