Junior Estimator & Commercial Support
Location: Hybrid / Remote options available (standard business hours)

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Junior Estimator & Commercial Support person to join our fast-paced drilling team.

This is a hands-on role supporting our Senior Estimator across the full commercial cycle — from first enquiry through to quoting and invoicing. You’ll be involved in real work from day one, learning the technical and commercial side of drilling while handling the admin that keeps projects moving.

What you’ll do

Respond to and manage customer enquiries - including incoming calls and emails

Prepare accurate quotes and estimates under guidance

Assist with invoicing and related commercial documentation

Support the Senior Estimator with pricing, take-offs, and follow-up

Handle a range of administrative tasks that keep the estimating and commercial workflow running smoothly

Identify gaps in your own knowledge and actively close them as you learn the business

Who we’re looking for

Exceptional IT skills and comfort working across web-based CRM systems, accounting platforms and custom shift reporting systems

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)

High levels of focus, organisation, and a willingness to learn quickly

Comfortable in a high-paced environment with a steep learning curve

Previous estimating or drilling experience is not required. We are happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude, aptitude, and work ethic.
