PERSOL is currently partnering with a reputed Automotive company to recruit for Customer Service Officer role.

Customer Service officer will be the vital link between trade clients, retail customers, and inventory. This fast-paced role combines traditional frontline phone and counter service with product dispatch and order tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Multichannel Support: Manage incoming calls, emails, and live chats efficiently
• Order & Account Management: Process orders, manage returns, update customer records in CRM databases, and handle billing inquiries.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to accurately answer questions and identify opportunities to upsell.
• Customer Retention: Build sustainable relationships by demonstrating empathy, patience, and clear communication.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking to resolve escalations quickly within company guidelines.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and ticketing systems.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to look up technical details while speaking to a client.
