Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained mixed portfolio of approximately 90 properties across retail, commercial/office and industrial assets.

The Opportunity As the Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse mixed portfolio of approximately 90 properties.

The portfolio includes a combination of retail, commercial/office and industrial properties, providing plenty of variety and exposure across different asset types.

You will work closely with landlords and tenants, building strong relationships while ensuring the portfolio is managed efficiently and to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities • Manage a mixed portfolio of approximately 80 retail, commercial and industrial properties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
• Coordinate lease renewals, rent reviews and general lease administration
• Manage arrears, rental collections and outgoings reconciliations
• Conduct routine property inspections and maintain presentation standards
• Coordinate maintenance, contractors and property-related requirements
• Assist with leasing activities and marketing campaigns where required
• Prepare owner reports and provide advice regarding portfolio performance
• Ensure properties remain compliant with relevant legislation, safety requirements and landlord instructions
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes for clients
About You To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience within commercial property management and be comfortable managing a varied portfolio across multiple asset classes.
You will ideally possess:
• Previous experience in commercial property management
• Experience or exposure across retail, commercial/office and/or industrial assets
• Strong understanding of lease administration and portfolio management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities across a diverse portfolio
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Current Real Estate Registration or Licence
• Current driver’s licence
