About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Kampong Ubi Central Region on a full-time basis. This is a high commission role designed for talented professionals who are motivated by performance-based rewards and keen to grow their client base and revenue generation.

As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating client visions into exceptional spatial designs. You will work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality interior design projects that exceed expectations. This position offers significant earning potential through a competitive commission structure, making it ideal for self-driven professionals who excel in a results-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, budgets and timelines

Develop comprehensive design concepts and presentations, including mood boards, colour schemes, material selections and spatial layouts

Produce detailed design drawings, floor plans, elevations and 3D visualisations

Source and select high-quality materials, furnishings, fixtures and finishes from suppliers and vendors

Prepare project quotations and budgets in collaboration with project coordinators and suppliers

Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

Liaise with contractors, suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless project execution

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any design or practical issues

Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

Stay current with design trends, materials and technologies to deliver contemporary and innovative solutions

What we're looking for

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline is preferred

Minimum 1-year professional experience as an Interior Designer. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios or internship experience are welcome.

Strong client communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage expectations and build lasting relationships.

Project management capability with experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-motivated, results-driven approach with strong business development and sales acumen.

Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment.
