Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group lessons online

Build and maintain strong relationships with students

Adapt lesson content to suit learner needs

Maintain clear and timely communication

Essential Requirements

Native or near-native English proficiency

CELTA or 100+ hour TESOL/TEFL certificate from a recognised institution

Bachelor's degree (any discipline)

Minimum 3 years' ESL experience teaching adults (references required)

Confident online presence and strong communication skills

Organised and self-motivated with excellent time management

Broadband internet connection

Clean police record - Police record from country of current residence is acceptable

Availability for at least 12 hours per week on weekdays, not guaranteed, lessons are allocated according to demand.

Any valid Australian/ New Zealand work visa required

Desirable

Experience using Adobe Connect

Experience teaching Business or Technical English
