Lambina Station is a working beef cattle station located in the far north of South Australia, approximately 75km north east of Marla. We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Stationhand to join our small, close-knit team.
About the role
Reporting to the Station Manager, your day-to-day duties will include:
Livestock handling — mustering, drafting, branding, earmarking, weaning, castrating, weighing and feeding
Bore and lick runs
Fencing and general property maintenance
Vehicle and machinery operation and maintenance
Land management including weed and pest control, fire management and erosion prevention
Butchering and camp cooking as required
Recording accurate stock numbers
About you
A genuine interest in and passion for remote station life and beef cattle production
A strong work ethic and ability to handle demanding physical work safely
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a small team
Current motor vehicle licence (motorcycle licence or learners permit desirable)
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Previous station experience desirable but not essential — we are happy to train the right person

Lambina Station, via Marla, Far North South Australia. This is a remote, live-in position. A 4WD vehicle is recommended to access the property.
