AWX are seeking reliable and motivated candidates to join a busy commercial cabinetry manufacturing team based in Crestmead. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term employment with consistent hours and a variety of projects.

Roles Available:

• Qualified Cabinet Makers - $37.00/hr
• Experienced Cabinetry Trade Assistants - $35.00/hr
• Assemble commercial cabinetry, furniture and joinery products
• Read and interpret plans and technical drawings
• Install hardware and complete final fit-outs
• Work with toilet partitions, cut-to-size materials and custom cabinetry
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Support workshop production and installation teams

What We're Looking For:

• Cabinet Making trade qualification (highly regarded) or proven experience as a Cabinetry Trade Assistant
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• Strong assembly and installation experience
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable transport and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety

What's On Offer:

• $35.00 - $37.00 per hour + penalties (skill based)
• Monday to Thursday: 6:30am - 3:06pm
• Friday: 6:30am - 12:06pm
• 38-hour work week with early Friday finish
• Ongoing work with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities
• Variety of projects and products, no repetitive production-line work
