Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, or recruitment tools is an advantage
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
