WE'RE HIRING – CASUAL EGG COLLECTOR & PACKER

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Casual Egg Collector & Packer.

This is a hands-on role where you'll play an important part in producing quality free-range eggs while helping maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Your day may include:

Collecting eggs from our laying sheds
Sorting, grading and packing eggs
Transporting eggs safely to the packing shed
Cleaning equipment and maintaining a tidy work environment
Monitoring bird welfare and reporting any concerns
Following strict biosecurity, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
Recording daily production numbers accurately

We're looking for someone who:

✔ Has a great work ethic and positive attitude
✔ Is reliable, punctual and enjoys working as part of a team
✔ Has excellent attention to detail
✔ Is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and in farm environments
✔ Is willing to learn (previous farm experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided)

Employment Conditions
• Casual position
• Paid in accordance with the applicable Award, including casual loading and penalty rates where applicable.
• Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows.
