About the role:

As a key member of our team, you’ll be delivering top-notch customer service, keeping things clean and compliant, and helping to create that friendly, welcoming pub feel we’re known for. Our Gaming room is open 9am - 2am.

Your shifts will include:

Delivering a safe and responsible gaming experience for our patrons

Cash handling, gaming machine clearances, and loyalty systems

Working days, nights and weekends

What we’re looking for:

Previous gaming experience essential

RSA and RSG certifications already obtained

A calm, reliable and well-presented professional

Great attitude and a passion for providing genuine customer service
