Hands-on project management exposure in ACMV

Opportunity to develop technical and site management skills

Responsibilities:

Assist Project Manager in overseeing construction activities and site progress to ensure smooth execution

Plan and manage ACMV projects from start-up to commissioning and handover.

Coordinate project schedules, resources, risks, vendors, and subcontractors.

Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Oversee equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Ensure compliance with Singapore safety regulations and prepare RAMS documentation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

Lead project meetings, progress reporting, payment claims, and variation orders.

Improve project tracking, reporting, and operational processes.

Provide technical support and system operation/maintenance training to clients.

Requirements:

Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Building / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines

Relevant 2 - 3 years' experience in Construction M&E and/or ACMV projects is an advantage

Strong knowledge of Air-Conditioning systems will be beneficial
