My Way Up is a Gold Coast gut health company. We make supplements, and we run shotgun metagenomic testing - sequencing our customer's gut bacteria in a lab to give them a real understanding of what's living in there.

We're hiring a Performance Creative & Growth Lead to own two things: the creative that drives our Meta performance, and the channels that will drive our next stage of growth.

Performance Creative

Meta is our biggest channel, and creative is the lever that moves it. You'll run the system behind it.

Research customer insights, and winning angles

Develop hooks, concepts and creative testing strategies

Turn performance data into clear creative direction

Brief and work alongside copywriters, editors and our UGC/creator team

Build a repeatable system for testing, learning and scaling winning creative

Paid Media Buying

Meta and Google are covered. You'll build what comes after: TikTok, YouTube, Taboola, Pinterest. This isn't a maintenance job — it's zero-to-one on channels we haven't cracked yet.

Bring the same rigour on CAC, MER and ROAS to every new channel

About You

Strong performance marketing background, with real reps in direct-response creative

You've built creative testing systems before — not just made ads

You save ads you admire. You have opinions about why they work.

Hands-on experience with secondary paid channels

Strong understanding of CAC, MER, ROAS and ecommerce unit economics

You like building systems rather than relying on random bursts of creativity.

Experience working with copywriters, editors and UGC creators
