We are seeking a motivated Level 2 Support Engineer to join our Service Desk team.
As a Level 2 Engineer, you will be a key escalation point within our Service Desk, supporting a diverse customer base across Microsoft cloud platforms, networking environments and modern UCaaS telephony systems.
You'll work closely with senior engineers and project teams while owning incidents and service requests end-to-end.
Your responsibilities will include:
Level 2 technical support across Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID)
Administration and support of Microsoft Azure environments
Supporting cloud-based business applications and SaaS platforms
Troubleshooting networking infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi)
Supporting and provisioning UCaaS / VoIP phone systems
Device management and endpoint security
Contributing to documentation, knowledge base articles and process improvement
Assisting with onboarding new clients and implementing best-practice standards

About You
You're a capable and customer-focused IT professional who:
Has 3+ years' experience in a Managed Services or IT support environment
Demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft cloud platforms
Has hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Has a minimum of 2-3 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
Understands Azure fundamentals (VMs, networking, identity, security)
Has a minimum of 6 months hands-on Azure experience
Has exposure to networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing)
Has worked with VoIP or UCaaS systems (highly regarded)
Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Takes ownership of tickets and follows through to resolution
Enjoys continuous learning and improving technical capability
Relevant Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, MS-102, etc.) are advantageous but not essential.
