About the Role

We welcome Registered Psychologists, with or without an endorsement, as well as Provisional Psychologists seeking to join our Graduate Program.

We offer career pathways that can evolve with you. You can develop or diversify your clinical practice, contribute to supervision and training or, if desired, progress into leadership and management roles.

For experienced clinicians, being an AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor would be highly regarded. We particularly welcome Clinical Supervisors who are passionate about nurturing and developing Provisional and Early Career Psychologists through our NorthStar Academy.

About You

You are a professional, reflective practitioner who is passionate about providing high-quality therapy and achieving meaningful outcomes for your clients. You value clinical supervision, continuing professional development and lifelong learning.

You are organised, reliable and committed to genuine work-life balance while providing consistent and dedicated care to your clients. You are warm, approachable, self-aware and able to work independently while contributing positively to a cohesive and supportive team.

You value having excellent administrative support and established systems, policies and procedures that free you to focus on doing your best clinical work.

Most importantly, you align with our values of Commitment, Abundance, Integrity and Connection.
