What You'll Be Doing

Early Intervention & Onsite Treatment

Provide evidence based, hands on treatment, identify early symptoms, and guide workers toward fast, sustainable recovery.

Starting at 2 - 3 days/week in the Sale/Gippsland Areas.

Injury Prevention Program Delivery

Run EMP's proven, data driven injury prevention program, including:

Functional assessments

Movement coaching

Micro education

Worker engagement sessions

Identifying job specific risk factors

Return to Work Support

Use clinical reasoning to support safe and sustainable RTW and collaborate with supervisors on suitable duties.

Stakeholder Engagement

Communicate with workers, supervisors, and site leaders to influence safer work practices and present key injury prevention messages

Program Implementation & Reporting

Ensure consistent delivery of onsite initiatives and provide regular updates to the allocated Manager
