Job Scopes:
Lead a team of HR staffs and manage full spectrum of HR functions (talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, employee relations)
Drive the strategic direction related to human resources and people development in alignment with the achievement of business goals.
Involves in driving organizational development initiatives such as leadership development programs, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies
Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and industry best practices
Providing strategic guidance on workforce planning
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree qualification
8 years of related experience (along with Leadership experience)
Microsoft Office
Ability to navigate complex workplace dynamics
Strong stakeholder management skills
