Job Responsibilities:

Optimising the new after-sales service stations and build-up aftersales service network;

Maintain communication and management with the existing service stations;

Conduct comprehensive and systematic training for the after-sales service stations, including the operation training of the after-sales service system;

Conduct comprehensive and systematic new truck driving training and operation training for end users;

Carry out necessary truck maintenance services；

After-sales service complaint calls answering;

Settlement with SITRAK dealer service station

Training for new after-sales technical service staff;

Manage after-sales service team, set up after-sales service system;

Regularly conduct the product technical problems summary and sorting;

Analysis of technical characteristics of competitive products in the industry.
