Perform hair and scalp related services for customers
Handle customer’s enquiries and appointments
Service customers that are assigned.
Build Rapport with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
Update customer records promptly and correctly
Follow up with Customer’s treatment progress and effectively provide customers with solutions when necessary
Achieve sales and/or service targets
Work with consultants to ensure that customers’ requirements are clearly communicated and met
Ensure deficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken
Perform salon duties that are assigned e.g., housekeeping or inventory duties
Assist Branch Manager to ensure smooth running of outlet operations in compliance with company policy
