An exciting opportunity exists for a 2–4 PQE Property Lawyer to join the growing Commercial Property team of a highly regarded national mid-tier law firm in Canberra.

This is an opportunity to join a practice with strong market credentials and a growing client base, while playing an important role in building capability at the Associate level.

Working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you will act for a diverse range of private and public sector clients across sophisticated and often complex commercial property matters.

The Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Large-scale and complex property sales and acquisitions.
• Commercial and retail leasing.
• Property development projects.
• Major infrastructure projects.
• General commercial property advice.
• Supporting clients through complex property transactions and projects from inception through to completion.

Rather than being confined to a narrow area of property law, this role will provide genuine exposure to the broader workings of a growing commercial property practice.

You will work closely with senior practitioners while also having the opportunity to develop your own capability and take increasing responsibility for client matters.

• Infrastructure or major projects.
• General property advisory work.
