About the role
The Property Executive are the key front line of the Contractor in responding and attending to each Site and Employer Representatives, and including supervision to ensure that the Works and Services under the Contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Assist the SFM and FM as the Site supervisors and assist the Core Team in all site measurement and records
Upload field data to the computerised FM system
Plan works and services including considerations for improvement works
Control the resourcing and support of subcontractors and specialists
About you
Possess a Diploma preferably in Building, Technical or Facilities Management or relevant disciplines from a recognised establishment (preferably with M&E background)
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as a Property Executive/equivalent role or at least 8 continuous years' of relevant working experience as a Property Executive/equivalent role
Experiences and technical knowledge in facilities management and project management
Good understanding of facilities operations
Preferred: Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation by Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA) accreditation scheme
Preferred: Fire Safety Manager certification (FSM)
