The Role
We're looking for a practical and motivated Project Engineer to support our Australian service and project operations. This is a hands-on, varied role — you'll be involved across site support, shutdowns, upgrades, project delivery, customer interaction and developing real engineering solutions for real industrial environments.
You'll work closely with customers, service teams, workshop teams and project delivery personnel to help scope, coordinate and deliver engineering and improvement projects. If you enjoy being both technically and operationally involved and want to grow with a business that's going places, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting site inspections, shutdowns and customer requirements
• Developing scopes, sketches, drawings, quotes and practical upgrade solutions
• Coordinating and supporting small to medium industrial projects
• Supporting project execution from concept through to delivery
• Assisting with customer problem solving and technical support
• Working with our service, workshop and drafting teams
• Helping identify ongoing upgrade and project opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Strong practical and technical ability with a solutions-focused mindset
• Good communication skills across customers and site teams
• Commercially minded and able to work independently
• Enjoys variety across projects, service and operations
• Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, timber processing, materials handling or similar

Suitable Backgrounds Include
Mechanical Engineering, Project Engineering, Industrial Project Delivery, Maintenance & Service Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Site or Plant Engineering
