Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team dedicated to the efficient processing of trade settlements for local and foreign equities. This role offers an opportunity to enhance operational workflows and take ownership of assigned markets

Responsibilities:

Process settlements for local and foreign equities as well as OTC products.

Verify and reconcile dealing tickets along with incoming trade confirmations.

Resolve unmatched trade positions and address settlement failures.

Liaise with institutional clients, banks, brokers, and liquidity providers regarding trade settlement issues.

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of trade validation, settlement, reconciliation, control checks, and exception handling.

Send trade confirmations to institutional clients promptly after trades are executed.

Take ownership of assigned markets and respond urgently to transaction needs.

Proactively identify gaps and enhance operational workflows.

Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma Holder.

1-2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, preferably within stockbroking firms, custodians, or banks.

Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
