Position : Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator / Executive
Location : Marine Parade / Parkway Parade
Working hours : Monday to Friday/ office hours
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,400 Basic + 13th Month AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and organise import and/or export shipments to ensure smooth and timely shipment arrangements
Handle day-to-day freight forwarding and shipping coordination
Prepare, process and apply for the relevant shipping and logistics documentation
Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning and document management
Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to follow up on shipment documentation and operational matters
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is properly completed and filed
Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum N-Level or equivalent qualification
Candidates with freight forwarding, shipping or logistics experience will have an advantage
Candidates without prior experience but with an interest in freight forwarding and logistics are welcome to apply, as training can be provided
Comfortable handling administrative duties and shipping documentation
Good organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on operational matters independently
Responsible, willing to learn and able to work effectively as part of a team
