About the role

An Inventory Assistant role within Lau International Group, an established distributor, importer and exporter of branded consumer electronics, photographic products and accessories.

Key responsibilities

Enter all incoming and outgoing stock data accurately into the inventory management system

Update stock records immediately upon receiving supplier shipments or fulfilling customer orders

Maintain precise digital documentation of delivery orders, goods received notes, and stock transfers

Perform routine physical stock counts and cycle counts in the storage area/warehouse/retail shops

Inspect arriving goods to verify that quantities and descriptions match supplier delivery invoices

Investigate and report any discrepancies between physical stock counts and system records

Keep the stock storage area organized, tidy, and labeled correctly

Liaising with forwarders for shipments and deliveries

Transferring in/out stocks to retail outlets

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

About you

Minimum GCE 'O' Level/ Diploma

At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field

Team player with a positive work attitude, meticulous and able to work independently

Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Proficient in MS Word & Excel

Entry level with the right attitude are welcome

Required to work 2 Saturdays per month (11:30am to 2:30 pm)

Working hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm
