We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join a major remediation project, delivering remedial works across six occupied buildings. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced Site Manager on a complex live-site project.

The Project The project involves a comprehensive remediation program including:

• Roofing works
• Façade remediation
• Waterproofing
• General remedial construction

Working on a live site, you'll play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring works are delivered efficiently with minimal disruption.

About the Role Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising day-to-day site activities
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Maintaining site safety and quality standards
• Managing works on a live, occupied site
• Assisting with programming and project delivery
• Using HammerTech and Procore for site management and reporting

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman on remedial construction projects
• University or education sector project experience (highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of roofing, façade, waterproofing, or remedial works
• Experience using HammerTech and Procore
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive approach with a strong focus on safety and quality
