We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful recruitment team.

The Role:

In your new role as a Recruitment Consultant at Flexi Staff you will be providing recruitment solutions to meet clients' needs. A large part of this role is relationship building and the day-to-day maintenance of new and existing clients. It is a fast paced and hands on role in a friendly and energetic team.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Developing a good understanding of clients and their recruitment needs

Coordinating end to end recruitment activities

Providing timely and outstanding service both to clients and candidates

Effective database management

Accurate data entry

Essential Criteria:

Experience in recruitment, specifically in a labour hire environment

Knowledge of trades and labour, mining and construction industries

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

A strong sense of urgency and initiative

Ability to multi-task and self-manage
