The Role – 360 Recruitment Consultant

This is a true 360 role within our specialist Health division (Allied Health).

You will:

Manage end-to-end recruitment (BD through to placement)

Develop and grow client partnerships (Government, NGOs, & Private)

Source, interview and place high-quality healthcare professionals

Build and maintain your own desk like it's your business

Generate leads, build pipeline and drive revenue growth

Negotiate offers and close deals confidently

You will have autonomy + full support and training behind you.
