Be the Link That Keeps Operations Running

At ABBA Engineering, we support major maintenance, shutdowns and project delivery across Western Australia.

Behind every successful project is someone ensuring the right materials, equipment and consumables are in the right place at the right time.

We're looking for experienced Logistics & Procurement Coordinators to join our Pinjarra and Kalgoorlie operations. You'll lead procurement, inventory, warehousing, dispatch and project logistics, ensuring our workshops and project teams have everything they need to deliver safely and efficiently.

This is a stand-alone, hands-on role where you'll split your time between the office, warehouse and workshop, working closely with operational teams to keep projects moving. Depending on your location, you'll also provide support across regional operations during peak workloads and planned absences, helping keep operations running smoothly across the business.

You'll have the autonomy to manage priorities, make practical decisions and build strong relationships with suppliers, freight providers and project teams. If you enjoy variety, solving problems and being the person others rely on to make things happen, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role

Reporting to the relevant Operations or Area Manager, you'll be the central link between workshop operations, project teams, suppliers and freight providers.

You'll coordinate procurement, inventory and logistics activities that support maintenance, shutdowns and projects, ensuring materials and equipment are available when they're needed.

No two days are the same. One day you may be coordinating urgent freight for a shutdown, the next you'll be planning project mobilisation, completing stocktakes or sourcing critical materials to keep workshop operations moving.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, making practical decisions and thriving in a fast-paced operational environment.

What Your Day May Include

Receiving deliveries and processing inventory in Simpro

Issuing stock, consumables and equipment to workshop teams

Coordinating freight to project and client sites

Logistics & Project Support

Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and transport

Work closely with workshop, operations and project teams to ensure material availability

Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records

Support continuity across regional operations during periods of leave or peak workload

Assist with handovers and regional coordination where required

About You
