The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a leading government R&D agency in Singapore
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm
• Location: East, Nearest MRT Tampines
• 6 months (convertible based on performance)
• Salary up to $4,300

Job Scope

• Lead infrastructure and facilities projects from planning and design through to construction and completion
• Manage project delivery, including design, budgets, timelines, quality, and safety
• Oversee facilities operations, maintenance programs, and service contracts
• Drive sustainability, reliability, and continuous improvement of building systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and facility partners

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields
• Experience in facilities, infrastructure, or project management is a plus!
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
