About the role
We're lining up experienced Surface Drillers for steady work at Boddington with an established WA-based drilling contractor known for running organised sites and maintaining a strong safety culture.

These aren't short-term patch jobs. The work is consistent, crews are experienced, and there's real potential for ongoing work.

Project - Boddington

• 6-month contract
• 7:7 roster (days and nights) or 2:1 (days only)
• Company housing or camp accommodation provided
• Immediate start available
• Up to $65+/hr depending on experience
• Top hammer production drilling environment

What the job involves

• Operate surface production drills safely
• Drill blast hole patterns to spec
• Work to daily production targets
• Complete pre-starts and inspections
• Carry out basic operator maintenance
• Record drilling data and shift reports
• Work closely with crews and supervisors

What we're looking for

• Experience in surface production or top hammer drilling
• Proven ability to work in production environments
• Strong understanding of drill and blast operations
• Good safety mindset and site awareness
• Reliable and team-focused
• Current driver's licence
• Able to pass medical and drug and alcohol test
